Nothing in this manual is intended to create, nor does it create any enforceable rights, remedies, entitlements or obligations. The Special Education Director reserves its right to change or suspend any or all parts of this manual at the district’s discretion to ensure full compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education guidelines, United States Department of Education guidelines, and Burlington Public School Committee policies.
