Autism Awareness Month
The best way for us to recognize Autism Awareness month is with the words of one of our students. The link to her full article is posted. Hannah shares some of her personal experiences which you can read in the link provided in the transcript of this message. A couple of the key points Hannah made were: “Autism is when you have a distinct set of strengths and challenges and you may soon realize that Autism is just a disorder that makes you feel different, but are you? Wrong-O! Even with Autism Spectrum Disorder, you are still special.”

The Community Survey which is for tomorrow all Burlington staff, as well as families of Burlington's Special Education students, is also part of this message.
