It takes a village!

Thank you to the Apura family for the generous donation of the reclining sofa along with the chairs from the staff at BHS and our own Mrs. Myer for the beautiful rug! It is wonderful to have a lounge space to relax and converse. 

 



























 

 

 

Main Lunch Menu Choices Oct 7-11,2019

 

Monday - Grilled BBQ Chicken Patty on a Roll, W/Lettuce & Tomato, Sweet Potato Fries, Pear Cup

(Alternate: Pizza)

 


Tuesday - Taco Tuesday, Tacos, w/Ground Beef or Chicken, w/Lettuce, Salsa  & Cheese, Seasoned Rice, Mixed Vegetable, Peach Cup (Alternate: Hot dog)

 


Wednesday - Hamburgers or Cheeseburgers, BBQ Baked Beans, Cucumber Wheels, Warm Cinnamon Apples  (Alternate: Toasted Grilled Cheese)

 


Thursday - Burlington Sampler (2 Mozzarella Cheese Sticks & 3 Chicken Nuggets, Potato Smiles, Peach Cup (Alternate: Ham & Cheese Sub)

 


Friday - Homemade Pizza, Tossed Garden Salad, Mixed up Fruit Cups 


 


 

       
 

 




 

 

Halloween Dance Party & iScream Social

Friday, October 25th @Memorial School Cafe  (6:30 - 8:00 PM)

Children arrive in costume and may choose from a variety of activities: Make your own sundaes; Eat donuts on a string; Watch Halloween movies on the big screen with friends; Dance the night away as the DJ plays your favorite songs; Get your “Halloween Hair” done, Decorate pumpkins, Get your face painted and much, more .  

 

Pre-registration required by 10/23/19.

Parents must accompany children at this event as supervision 

 

 


 

Socktober

Warm feet Warm Hearts

Let’s help our neighbors in need!

The new socks that we collect will be donated to & distributed by

People Helping People of Burlington. 

We will collect new socks in their original packaging in any size ranging from infants to age 18. 

How many socks can we collect?! 

Please drop off any donations outside of 

Ms. Conceison’s classroom (Room 235) by October 31st.
