Registration & Student Information Office

All registrations will take place at the Student Information Office 
located at Burlington High School [123 Cambridge Street]

Our office has moved...
Follow the Burlington High School driveway around the building to the faculty parking lot and look for the glass entrance. You may park in any designated registration spot or open spot in the faculty lot.

The following documents are REQUIRED before a registration is complete:

- Original birth certificate
- 2 proofs of residency
- Most current physical/immunizations 
[ Translation support services available if needed ]
- Custodial or court order (if applicable)
* We also request a copy of your child's most recent report card, 
as well as any other educational reports if applicable (IEP or 504).
