Grades 1 - 8 Registration

All registrations will take place at the Student Information Office Student Information Office Link located at  
Burlington High School [123 Cambridge Street] by appointment only.

1-8 appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday from 9 AM - 11 AM.

When scheduling an appointment please type the following in the Description Section:
- Your Full name
- Phone number
- Your student(s) name and grade(s)
* If you require an interpreter to be present, please indicate that as well

To complete Grades 1 - 8 registration Please find all documents in the designated folders below. If you have any trouble accessing these documents please let us know. Please note the  Affidavit Residency Form - is needed ONLY if you live with a Burlington resident and you do not own or lease your residence.

First day of school for Grades 1-12 is Wednesday, August 28 and the first day of Kindergarten is Thursday, September 5. Please reach out to your school for any further information.
